“ယခုလက္ရွိ Wall Street ၏ အႀကီးမားဆံုးေသာ ရင္းႏီွးျမွဳပ္ႏွံမႈဘဏ္မ်ားထဲမွ တစ္ခုျဖစ္ေသာ Goldman Sachs ဟာဆိုရင္ျဖင့္ သူ႔ရဲ႕ ကနဦးအစပိုင္းကို ရိုးရွင္းစြာ စတင္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဂ်ာမနီႏိုင္ငံမွ အေျခစိုက္၀င္ေရာက္လာသူ Marcus Goldman က လုပ္ငန္းကို ၁၈၆၉ ခုႏွစ္မွာ စတင္ထူေထာင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ေတာ့ သူ၏သမက္ျဖစ္သူ Samuel Sachs က လုပ္ငန္းအတြက္ ၀င္ေရာက္လာတဲ့အခါမွ Goldman Sachs ဆိုၿပီး တရား၀င္ကုမၸဏီ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကုမၼဏီဟာ ၁၈၉၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ေတာ့ နယူးေယာက္စေတာ့အိတ္ခ်ိန္း (NYSE) မွာ စတင္ စာရင္းတင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ၁၉၀၆ ခုႏွစ္ မတိုင္ခင္ထိေတာ့ အမ်ားျပည္သူသို႔ စတင္ထုတ္ေ၀ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း IPO (Initial Public Offering) မလုပ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ၂၀ […]
